Highness is an independent magazine about fashion, beauty and culture. We publish stories that take clothes seriously without taking themselves too seriously: reporting from the shows, honest product testing, long reads on the way we live now.

What we believe

That style is a skill rather than a budget. That a good coat, properly cared for, is worth more than ten bad decisions. That a magazine can be beautiful and useful at the same time, and that readers can tell when it is neither.

How we work

Every product we recommend is bought by us or returned after testing. We do not accept payment for coverage, and when a piece is sponsored we say so at the top. Corrections are published, not quietly edited away.
